I have psychic healing abilities, but they require me to lay my hands upon the chest. Failing that, a photo of said chest posted to an Internet message board will usually suffice.

I'm asking for my 92 year old granny - she'll be glad of the help.

I wonder if a long brisk walk in the fresh air will be better than resting at home. And if the damp air is better than the dry indoors.

Exercise is probably fine as long as you feel well enough to do it.

What kinda cough? But generally walking and coughing out the crap helps.

Just a very phlegm-y cough and haven't had one for years.

So bored I shall brave a walk out.

The more you cough the better, may actually cleanse the lungs abit.
