I rather like the ongoing feud the Express has with the Daily Mail. Those guys, who have so many similarities, really hate each other.
I read the news today oh boy! Page 101
Nick Nick made it to 9th place? The Express is the dark, fetid hole in the heart of England. It's the kinda paper that thiinks Hitler's a lefty for calling his pary national socialists.

Come off it, Jim Davison is hilarious, and you'd have to be a N*gger or a P*ki not to think so.

Did they actually say that?

So why is it we have to protect goldfish from 14 year-olds, but we allow fishing for pleasure?
Quote: chipolata @ March 31 2010, 8:04 AM BSTIt distresses me to think of what children do with goldfish so I think she got off lightly.
It's a freaking fish, man. Does the same law apply to live bait? Can someone be arrested for selling a bucket of worms to a kid?

Probably.
It's been a law since I was a kid you couldn't be sold pets until you were 14. I guess they were just using this women as an example.
Although, we used to go to the fair and win fish from there when we were under 14. Don't know if you can do that anymore though... doubt it.
I suppose stomping on a cockroach is punishable by 3 years in prison?

A goldfish isn't really a proper pet though, if we're being honest. It's more a living room ornament which doesn't need dusting.

You Americans with your quaint disregard for life! (Although let's not forget she also mistreated a cocateal and was a Rod Stewart fan.)

No, you get stomped on by a big shoe.

Many animals have dual roles as both pets and pet food. What are the laws for purchasing live rats, mice or crickets for feeding snakes and lizards?
