What type did you have Ellie? Some would make me too sleepy for work. I've found shiatsu massage really energising though. I could do with a sports massage now.

I had deep tissue on my legs ready for my race on Sunday and then a relaxing one on my back, followed by more deep tissue on my legs. She really got some knots out of my back too!

I'd arrange something like that but handjobs are all they'd expect, and our cleaner has enough on her plate without wiping up more man mess.

Oo, I'm so envious. I've been referred to physio for my knees and back again, so I'm looking forward to the massage part.

Nope. Bought the DVD though. Was planning on watching it today, but started re-watching the first series of The Wire instead. I'm sure it's brilliantly written, I just wish I could understand what they're saying.
