Had a wonderful evening recording a sad happy song (if that makes sense) about someone I lost a while back, kinda Pixies meets Stone Roses and a brick wall at 80 m.p.h. So am in a nicely fragile reflective mood.

I'm not an avid watcher of the series, but I've not yet seen anyone who looks better WITH the make up. A couple who don't improve, but none who actually get worse!
Ellie cycled into work this morning and is now really appreciating the good things about having a bike, rather than getting soaked and muddy on the way to work.

Yay! My book's been doing relatively well on its trial run on Kindle so the publisher is moving it to paperback and getting it out to bookshops in the US and UK. It once crept on to the first page of Amazon's best-selling techno-thrillers... for just a few hours.
