Has anyone heard it? Of course I have. And saw Rod with the Zombies playing it last year.

One of my favourite groups of the 70s. Check out Freefall if you can find it. It's amazing.

I'm listening to/watching our Eurovision entry competition. The first girl was terrible.

The new Gorillaz album. Loving it!

Been listening to a good and forgotten football song today. I thought it was unreleased on CD until I luckily found it on a prog rock compilation, it is called Match of the Day by Genesis, it was on the B side to a single called 'Spot the Pidgeon'. It is also on YouTube- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4X7rDmetQc

I'm a Hixson and related thusly:

John Lilburne's mother, Margaret, was brought up in a royal palace. This was because her father, Thomas Hixon, was the Keeper of the Standing Wardrobe to Queen Elizabeth I at the ancient royal Palace of Greenwich, on the south bank of the Thames. The Hixon family lived within the palace precincts and Thomas was responsible for the care and maintenance of the royal carpets, furniture, and wall hangings.

In 1599, Margaret Hixon married Richard Lilburne of Durham, and Richard moved south to come and live with his wife.
