How long did you live in Wales for, Bill? You don't sound all that Welsh to me!

My new glasses are fitting alot better, so either my head has shrunk (Which is unlikely) or I've bent them into shape proving I am tougher then metal.

I'm having a lot of fun recreating previous wanderings around the UK via Street View. I wish they'd hurry up and redo the U.S. in the same hi-res quality. Most of our images are blurry and dull, looking like they were taken in the middle of a dust storm.

My Dad joined the army in 1944/45 so from then on I was an Army Brat, moving every 3 years or so Egypt,Wales, Germany, Blackpool, Egypt, Cyprus, Southend, Germany & then finally to London in 1969 to Uni. During that time I mixed with kids from all over Britain & picked up multitudinous fragments of dialect.

I've been in London since 1969.

My paternal line of ancestry seems to be all Welsh as far back as I have managed to find out so far, But there's lots of English ancestry in me too.

I'm an AngloWelsh mongrel.

End users are brainless chimps!

Laughing out loud

I talked to a woman not long ago:

Me: I need a screenshot, can you E-mail me one over?

Woman: How do I do a screenshot?

Me: I'm sorry are you from the past?

My internet is finally working again!!!!!!!!

Our stupid provider kept resetting someone else's signal every time I called, instead of mine.

Ellie bought tickets for Latitude Festival last night. So excited!

We were going to go to that, but we're waiting for more of the line-up to be announced - we've seen most of the bands already listed.

Robyn is sleepy and hates when she has to travel into/home from uni in rush hour.

I don't have a car, and I still have no money.

I know the feeling.

And yet I still buy DVDs. :(

Just checked my house on Google view and am really upset to see the living room blinds were pulled up more on one side. They look terrible!

They should warn you when they're going to be in the area. Angry

Is Steve going to be scolded for this?
