Back from Gym. I might have to spend a bit more time down there soon.
Its bloody busy on a Saturday morning, I can tell you. Why aren't these people still hung over from last night?

I like going to the gym Saturday late mornings. Not today though as my body is recovering from the 7 miles I ran yesterday.

Use natures gym. Do pull ups on a tree branch. Weight train with a rock.

Chip's just pretended he wasn't in to avoid talking to somebody he didn't want to talk to. They stood on the doorstep for ten minutes before getting in their car and driving off!
