Only managed 7.8k last night. My knees are really playing up.

As well as doing your knees in, running also damages the face and breasts. All that bouncing up and down ain't good!
I couldn't run that far, I was on an eliptical trainer, so it's more like ski-ing or cycling. And I always wear a very good sports bra. :

I was replanting one of my window boxes yesterday when I found a monkey nut buried in the soil and recalled a squirrel that had been acting suspiciously in the area.
