I think the first three are the best and the abortion one is the best of those. I'd just change the order - sick woman, suicide man, then abortion.
Maybe you still need a pay-off but all I could think of is making something of the parents being ridiculously good looking

Interesting but the only thing I want to change is the reaction of the people who see the baby.

Nice idea, Sootyj. The suicide wasn't really good enough to be your capper though. I like Steve's idea. Could you also have people's faces melting as they turn their gaze on the ugly baby, Raiders style?
I was thinking more along the lines of exploding.
Also as has been said previously the Abortion clinic is a much better place to end.
