Live Gigs

So I'm off to see Lady Gaga on Saturday. I'm not a massive fan, but I'm certainly expecting a good show thanks to the amazing production tea, she has surrounding her.

Last year I went to see a large number of acts. Just a few:

Madness at Madstock.
Depeche Mode
Travis
Franz Ferdinand

Who have you been to see recently?

My sister.

Oh and I also went to V Festival where I saw a number of acts play too, favourite being The Killers!

My sister.

Yawn!

I wouldn't mind making the 2000 trees festival as last year I didn't have the money!

Doesn't have major bands but it's very cheap compared to other festivals.

Seeing the Noisettes in Camden tomorrow!

The only gig I'm booked for this year is Brian Jonestown Massacre in May at Shepherd's Bush empire.

Seeing the Noisettes in Camden tomorrow!

They were brilliant at V!

Haven't seen a live show for ages. The last one was Radiohead at Victoria Park, before that, Mclusky at the Garage I think. Need to address this situation when funds improve.

The last gig I went to was Mott the Hoople back in October.

If you want to expand to best gigs though I would say Rory Gallagher at the Rainbow around 1973 and Ian Dury at Guildford Civic Hall (Stiff live Stiffs) in 1978.

Field Music, tonight!

Mclusky at the Garage.

I'd forgotten about them! Saw them years back, they were ace.

I saw Bear Hands and my friends' band last week in Oklahoma City.

I saw Los Campesinos! at Koko (not as good as at The Garage, imho) on Thursday with Elliot, and we're seeing Grizzly Bear at the Roundhouse in a couple of weeks. After that there's Phoenix and LCD Soundsystem to look forward to!

Oh damn stole my answer answer! :P

Actually! I'm going to see WHY? in London and The National as well!

Silly you with The National! :(

I'm sorry. :( I won't mention it again.
