Twitter is good as a business networking tool and for following certain celebs who come out with entertaining observations/one liners, but do I really want to hear what someone I don't know and will never meet has just washed their hair and is about to go out to the pub? Frankly, no. Oh and it's also full of people who just randomly seem to tweet quotes by famous people. Why, I am not entirely sure. I'm 'Alconcalcia' on there if anyone is interested.
Just realised, the poster above 'each1teach1' is following me, and me him!

Get so peed off with the interminable stream of quotes. It's happening again today. Why do I give a big fat one what some American author of the 1930s said about ambition or children? if I wanted to know I would buy a book or visit one of the very many quotes websites.

I never see such things. I suggest you stop following or start ignoring whoever is posting these quotes. Would clear that anger right up.

There more recent ones, its tough thinking of ones as they can be ones you heard before but forgot you heard and think there your own lol
Format them properly and try sending them in as one liners for Newsjack, Newsrevue, etc.
