Doctor Who... Page 390
Not the most thrilling of ads. The other one, that actually had clips from forthcoming episodes, was leagues ahead of this. This is a bit naff, though I'm sure it must have looked quite nice in 3D on the big screen.

I mean it's kinda, like, well... meh.
They still both look 12.
Sigh.

These specially shot thingies that they put out before each series are always a bit on the *shrugs* side. That earlier clips filled ad was great though.
Not impressed! It looks like a Sarah Jane episode!

Well, it's not actually from an episode, is it. Watch the earlier ad, that looks brilliant.

Hands off Sara Jane! (unless they're my hands)
He looks kinda straight forward weird, which maybe a bit of a relief.

You're only as good as your last advert.

That's some deep shit right there good buddy!
Why have you changed your avatar? I can't cope with this sort of change!

I don't know where the old picture has gone.
You mean Air-on lost it?!

Here it is, albeit a compressed version:
Getting back to Doctor Who, has anyone else got the Dalek War boxset? The Special Feature (on Frontier in Space) called Perfect Scenario, which examines the attitudes of the 70s, was mightily annoying, as instead of just having straight narration linking the interesting cast/crew interviews, some idiot instead came up with the ridiculous idea of having an irritating futuristic twat named Zed talking bollocks to some sort of snide matrix teacher. I see the same stupid framing device is also on Planet of the Daleks. I hope the people in charge of the Special Features for the Doctor Who DVDs will permanently abandon this childish and pointless method of presenting interview clips. Hopefully they will reissue the discs with the interviews presented more normally and Zed consigned to the scrap-heap.
Yea that preview blew. The older preview is much more exciting.
I'm also excited for a new Soundtrack from the show. They're my favourite thing to listen to when doing paper work.
