Not really, no. Make sure you get it quite thin and don't over cook it. I'm sure it'll tell you in the instructions but it'll be cooked when it floats to the top. But it really depends on how you like it.
I only made basic stuff. First some Egg Pasta and then plain, which didn't work as well as the egg.
It's really nice though, enjoy!

No, wouldn't know how. Just popped it in the fridge and ate it later. Although it did go a bit rubbery/weird.
