I looked at the neighborhood on Google Street View and it's not the kind of place I'd want to live in. He must not have made much money from his KotH gig.

Hey Randy! How close are you to the area where the land split? As far as Redcorn goes, I heard somewhere that the actors who voiced minor characters were paid a pittance for KotH.

Probably about 15 miles. It's on the northwest side of town and I'm sort of in the far north-central part of the city.
Here's a cool re-creation of the slide:

No retaining walls near my house, so I think I'm safe. I'm pretty sure my house is built on solid limestone because that's all I hit when I dig down 6 inches.
Does anyone else think the tough guy general in Avatar should win an Oscar? By far the best comedic performance I have ever seen, beating even Bill Murray in Ghostbusters. Every time he spoke after 20 minutes into the film I was in stitches. I was the only one who was though, so I think I may just be really odd
I'm amazed it's done as well as it has with it's blatant America bashing, a 3 star film made 4+ Star with 3D. First film I'd seen a film in 3D, it really is quite cool isn't it?
I went to see A Single Man and would recommend it thoroughly. I have never had a film touch me like that. I actually couldn't speak (which is not like me) when I walked out I was so full with emotion. I would also say Colin Firth deserves that Oscar he's nominated for. AMAZING. Also Nicholas Hoult (About a Boy, Skins) was great in it.
GO SEE IT.

I felt like that after Turner and Hooch.

Ooooh! I Love You Phillip Morris is out soon!
I saw Shutter Island the other day and would really recommend it.
I recently sojourned to the cinema to view 'I Love You, Phillip Morris'. It was pretty good and unbelievable that it's based on a true story.
