Ellie has been given what looks like a penis pump and in inhaler to get her breathing sorted. Fingers crossed it works.

Yep.
Ah. You don't have to use yours, do you? I had one but grew out of needing it ASAP because it made it too unwieldy on tubes and the like.

Well I've NEVER had an inhaler before so the nurse thought it would be easier. And yes, you're right, it looks ridiculous.

You have to get the timing right with an inhaler. But it's pretty easy to use really.
And don't let anyone make you laugh while you're trying to use it. I learnt that most definitely at the BSG meet-up!
