Tim is back from his month off and is looking for a job. :)

Hope everyone has managed to restrain themselves in my absence, without me here to bring some dignity and perspective to the proceedings. Whistling nnocently

Afternoon Tim.

People don't study English Literature to function in society.

Thanks. :P

I finish uni at 6pm, so I'm travelling home in the dark. Also, I have Classical/Biblical lecture on Thursday morning, which gets the day off to a pretty grim start. Unimpressed

Hmmm, living at home, you still seem to be treating Uni like a sort of later School.

For the proper University experience, you should be out carousing with your fellow students until the pubs shut and then all sitting cross-legged in the 'rooms' of one of them discussing politics, the universe & the meaning-of-life till about 3 am, then you get a whole 2 hours sleep before you wend your hungover self to your morning lectures.

Guilty.

Challenging them to games of drink the beer.

I'm very, very sad to hear that Alexander McQueen has been found dead. He was my favourite designer. Teary

I never met him but what designs I have worn of his are beautiful. He also chalked the word 'c**t' into the lining of a suit jacket he made for Prince Charles whilst a tailor on Saville Row.

Wha..?!

Seems he commited suicide following the death of his mother a few days ago.

I just read that. Very sad when someone feels the need to take their own life.

Flipping heck.
That's a strange reason for a 40 year old to kill himself.

I think he suffered from depression anyway. :(

Ah.
I know the two bear no relation whatsoever, but I'm still always surprised when rich, successful people suffer from depression.

Another indication of how poor mental health care is in this country.

Yeah, I think he was still pretty upset about his mentor Isabella Blow killing herself a couple of years ago and a pretty lonely person.

Apart from when Hitler did it, obviously. And Harold Shipman. And Fred West. I take you point, though!

Only house breakers like longer nights.

And peeping toms.

And vampires.

No, no it's not.

Oh yes it is.
