Just back from the hospital - 2 pounds shy of a 17 stone weight loss.
And still not even a year yet!!! That 20 stone loss is now in sight.

Ah, true, but since I don't have to 'go to work' I also sleep very late!
So I do rest.
Doing stuff that needs intensive thought is easier in the small hours as there are no distractions to screw up the model in my mead.
