Just back from the hospital - 2 pounds shy of a 17 stone weight loss.

And still not even a year yet!!! That 20 stone loss is now in sight.

Have you already had the final 'after' photo taken for the book?
And if so, did you breathe in a bit just to make you just that tiny bit more thin?

Doing stuff that needs intensive thought is easier in the small hours as there are no distractions to screw up the model in my mead.
