I remember Hunchback, but not those cheeky little purple turtles!
Speccy or Commodore? Page 4
Easily the Commodore, it was the Yorkie Bar of computers, only suitable for real men. My favourite games were Bubble Bobble, Boulderdash and Kick Start's 1 and 2.
Chipolata, I thought better of you, I really did.
Got to agree with Bubble Bobble though....
.....of course the Speccy version was better ;-)
Had a speccy - to think I get irritated these days when windows takes a few moments to load, and I used to endure 15 minutes of grinding whiney noises with the spectrum. Went on to get an Amiga - Gods and Magic Pockets were ace on that!
Spectrum, Amiga 600, Amiga 1200...PC
Miss my amiga had a graphics tablet and Genlock..it was awesome.
Spectrum had that wicked jousting game where you rode ostriches and jousted other riders. Good stuff, oh and blood and guts where you had to fight diseases inside the body as a diver awesome man!!! commodore had puff the magic dragon...lame!
Speccy definitely!
Chuckie Egg & Jet Set willy
Were among the ailments that I developed due too playing for too long.
