Need a simple recipe for leek and potato soup.
As few ingredients a possible not using cream or garlic.
Anyone help?
Recipes
Boil potatoes and leeks.
Put most of them into a blender (keeping some of each aside).
Blend with vegetable stock.
Dice potatoes and chop leeks (that were not put into blender).
Put all into pan to simmer/heat through.
Season to taste (I just use freshly ground black pepper personally).
Quantities I'll leave to you.

Take sip of hot water.
Swill.
Swallow.
Repeat as necessary.

This has a bunch of ingredients, but it's the best recipe I've come across yet, and I can get my 3 kids to eat it.

Though Im not into raw leek and hot water straight into my mouth lols
I just made a Cheesy potato leek bake. Even my mum ate it which shocked me.
I'm still goin to do a soup tho
