Chip's having trouble sleeping. He feels like Al Pacino in Insomnia.
Ellie is investigating the benefits of plumbed in rather than bottled.

Rob has discovered that the one benefit of having bought the world's coldest house, is ice-cold water on demand. Nasty 7 times recycled Thames water, but at least it's ice-cold erstwhile piss.
Why is your house so cold Rob?

I think, a combination of: Wooden flooring downstairs, and it wasn't insulated properly. Old, crummy single-glazed,wooden framed windows, which don't close properly. Plus radiators don't all work.
Never buy a house guys.

Oh dear, I certainly won't be buying a cold house.

You don't know though! We looked at it in August. Then there was no indication that we'd have to leave the freezer door open to warm the house up.
But now I have learnt from your mistakes and will be checking insulation, radiators and that all the windows are double glazed!

Yes, that would be wise common sense.

It's okay Rob. Just think, because of you, I will be living in a really nice house.

As long as you invite me round for the moving in orgy party.
