If I knew ANYTHING about Nyssa or the radio Doctor I might have a go.
Think it would be a bit pointless trying without, or learning about it all now.
I would have a go but am really snowed under, not literally although that might be coming, and have to go down to that there London for a few days, so if I did get snowed in that might help. Good luck to all having a stab.

Nyssa is going to get captured in the first two minutes, only to be rescued in the final two minutes. Problem solved.

Well Nyssa is quite basic, asks questions, clever, not a big personality. And surely you know the Fifth Doctor?
