What up big man?

Just life Gav, Just life.....

I'm afraid of the Dark.

Especially when I'm in a park, and there is no one else around. It gives me the shivers.

I pretend the dark is just looking after light's seat until he gets back because they are friends

The dark I can handle. No one can see me.

Except bats and superheroes with night vision. :)

Not bats, they're blind!!!

Only in their eyes. They still "see" as well as we do apparently but their brain makes a model in the mind's eye out of sonar rather than light. animals are cool.

Come on man, that's not real seeing is it, its bizzare mouse on wings shite.

Look I'm worried about Gavin now, he might have had a power cut and be in the dark.

I got refused from a shop because they lost power...

See Gavin, just think, you could be in the dark and have to live in Nottingham!!!

I appreciate your concern for Gavin, but can't let the bat libel stand. It is real seeing. It's done in exactly the same way as how we see, we just use light, they use sound. End product the same. 3D model of environment constructed entirely by the brain.

Does Gavin have some kind of panic room for such an occasion?

Would it work in a power cut?

And bollocks, let the bat sue me! He can't see!

Sure it's only a room. I have some at home for non panic events and they work fine in power cuts.

Next you'll be telling me that Meerkats don't actually wear cravats.
