My obligatory introduction
Good moaning.
Bonjour are you French, it's just the name that makes me ask?
Welcome to BSG! :-)
Hello there!
Are you a lumberjack? And are you ok?
Hello!
This isn't really a writers website, but it works very well as one . It's kinda like the way Disney World isn't really a theme park, it started off as a hostel for paedophiles, it all went wrong when they introduced that mouse logo.
"If you don't come to Disney World - It'll come for YOU!"
Welcome, are you Spartacus?
Hi there Woodmeister ... welcome to the BSG.
ps I am Spartacus (and we all know what happens next!)
Frenchies get killed? I hope so. There ain't no more a beautiful sight that the slaughter of Frenchman. *sheds a silent tear*
Welcome! *Waves*
welcome WoodMeister
Never too sure which direction Aaron is coming from! However the word 'meister' is actually German (but they're nevertheless still European so cue Aaron again!). The word is usually used in a derogatary context as in:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meister
Once upon a time (in the UK naturally, nobody would bother with it out here as it slows up the route from vino to stomach!) I was a member of a wine bottling circle. Someone was always voted in as the 'Ullage Meister' which means they were in charge of making sure the soddin' great barrel we started with contained the correct number of bottles-worth at the end of the evening. By the time the UM had laboriously worked that out everyone else wash too shmashed to care anymoresh (hic). This bottling circle was called FOMYOB as in 'Friends Of Many Years Of Bottling'. It's activities were almost masonic, hence the more popular interpretation, should anyone ask what FOMYOB meant, was 'Fu*k O*f And Mind Your Own Business'. Happy Days!

Exactly what I was thinking (but was far too lazy to Google and double-check it wasn't Austrian or something).
All the same really isn't it?
Well they're all over the water!
Hi WoodMeister, welcome to the BSG
