My body is buggered from gym last night. I only went on the treadmill so I understand why my legs are like this , but why the shoulders?????

Can you use/do they have elliptical trainers at the gym? I swear by them. They do a more overall work-out than the treadmill.

I get bad shoulders too. I run like a rugby player preparing for impact so I get a lot of tension in my shoulders. Need to learn to relax.
