Love - Live in London 1970

Woooooo - bet that's interesting. Is it an official release?

I'm listening to A Johnny Kidd and the Pirates compilation - some good, some rubbish.

Spirit - Twelve Dreams of Dr. Sardonicus

That's good too!

Am listening to Life on Mars? by Bowie in an attempt to transcribe it to guitar. Nice and complex. :S

This sounds interesting. What's it like? Worth looking for on spotify?

I did and it was. :)

Always happy to help scratchyr Laughing out loud

This year's Coachella lineup seems a little UK-centric. Doubt I'll make the trip, but there are some good bands in the lineup.

That was the point behind my posting the image. ;)

Just heard a 6 Music DJ make a Freudian slip, calling Twitter "Shitter."

It comes as a bonus third disc in a set containing Love's last two albums:

"The Blue Thumb Recordings [Limited Edition] [Box set]"

Interesting stuff. It's got tracks from all six albums performed by the final four-piece band. Sadly (of course), there's none of the acoustic and orchestral subtlety of Forever Changes.

HIM - Heartkiller

Angry Well it worked. I even checked flights out to Palm Springs, but I don't think I can afford the hit this year. :(

They're super good. I got to them through Clouddead. Does Elliot also like them? If so I recommend Subtle which is Dose one's band. Sublime.

I will check out the recommendation you gave me! In return, if you haven't heard it before, find Hymie's Basement. It's Yoni Wolf's side project and it's fantastic.

I've never flown into Palm Springs, but it's tiny and full of rich people, so flights are probably expensive. Ontario might be a better choice of airports.

Some outstanding, some good, shooly ?
