George and Milfdred.

Brian Murphy AKA George returns from Mildred's funeral to find that Jeffrey Fourmile and Young Tristam have died of swine flu leaving the older hottie Ann Fourmile with no one but him to turn to.

Episode 1. - Ann moves in with George renting her house out to a traveling circus. George accidently sets his pants on fire and ends up confusing an elephant's trunk with his garden hose (with hilarious results). Meanwhile Ann becomes the fantasy of Bepo the clown after a saucy note, intended for a Readers Digest competition, is misdirected.

Any other suggestions for the other 5 episodes?

Forgive me for the self indulgence but as no one is playing (and writing drivel like this is actually a great way to get the brain in comedy mood for NJ ) Here is episode 2.

George borrows Jeffrey Fourmille's old Honda garden Mower. Unbeknown to him and Ann, Mildred's long lost Japanese cousin Mr Mower Honda has arrived late for the funeral from Tokyo. His only experience of English is from watching an old Richard Prior concert video.

Much laughter ensues by his continued mispronunciation of Mr Prior's colourful language as he asks a procession of old ladies directions to the Roper household.
While George is cutting the grass, a hamster crawls up the exhaust and the mower blows up. George asks his old mate Jerry (Johnny Vegas - formally played by the late Roy Kinnear) to come round, strip the mower down and unblock the exhaust.

Jerry sends two of his finest non speaking Polish workmen who get confused with the instructions. On finding Mr Mower Honda in George's house they look at each other and shrug their shoulders.

Cue a hilarious last scene when Ann brings home members of the Woman's League to find a trussed up naked Japanese man wearing nothing but a drain rod. Mudder Furrer indeed!
