Probably Reservoir Dogs is the most daring and the most entertaining.
Maybe the best I can't decide.
I never got what people saw in Kill Bill.
It looks nice but that's it.

Tarantino only wrote True Romance, he wasn't the Director so I wouldn't class it a "Tarantino film". He might have got an Executive Producer credit, but that doesn't count. 
I thought Inglorious Basterds was excellent and, as said, the lead Nazi was brilliant in the role.
Deathproof just didn't do it for me and this was a welcome return to form.
Revenge films are fun.
Kill Bill looks very nice, and I do enjoy watching it occasionally. But it's certainly not a favourite film of mine.
I want to say Sin City and Planet Terror are great Tarantino films, but these are ones that have just had his name tacked onto the credits. Why does he keep doing that? Stupid-sell-out-big-forehead-man.
All this Tarantino talk has made me want to watch some Rodriguez films. (if that makes sense.)

From Dusk Till Dawn is a whole heap of fun too. Taranrino even puts in a decent performance as a big, creepy weirdo.
