Comedians who are surprisingly good actors Page 5

Indecent Proposal?

How much you offering me, Angie?

I've spent all my pocket money on sweeties, what would a handfull of chocolate-covered peanuts get me?

Has anyone mentioned Lenny Henry winning best newcomer at the Evening Standard Theatre Awards for his performance as Othello?

I can hardly wait for Frankie Boyle's MacBeth.

This is a joke right?

Alec Baldwin is quite good as a serious comedian in SNL. Especially the episode where he sodomises Adam Sandler.

OMG, you just reminded me. I saw 'It's complicated' today (don't ask)

but there was one bit where Alec Baldwin gives Jim from the US Office a blow back, so funny!

He's awesome in 30 Rock too.

Mike Reid in EastEnders. Awight tweacle.

Chip,

I had to do a double take on that, was it a 'comedian as an actor' or and 'actor as a comedian'.

He was definitely a comedian first. Big in the seventies.

Any man that's got it on with Pat must have a sense of humour ;)
