Best Cigarette Brand? Page 3
My first ever cigarette, aged 10, was one of my sister's Rothmans (she smoked that brand for years), then as a teenager I moved onto B&H, then Marlboro reds. Then I thought I was being healthier in my 20s by smoking Silk Cut then Marlboro Lights. But mostly I smoked whatver my friends were because I was an annoying scrounge-smoker.

Nicotine Withdrawls aren't that bad and If you're trying to give up a drug then I think it's better to get it out of your system ASAP rather than continuing to take that drug.
I'd Highly recommend Alan Carrs book the easyway to give up smoking.
Even if you don't think you could ever manage to quit. It's still worth a read.

But then so is alcohol and yet hundreds of thousands of words are written every year about which is the best wine, the finest malt, the greatest pint... odd that the Sunday Times give numerous column inches every week to alcohol and yet there is no reciprocal arrangement for tobacco...
I would like to see a column devoted to the fine art of smoking, pipes, humidors, cigars, hand made cigarettes, personal tobacco mixtures etc etc.
