Best Cigarette Brand?

Unusual thread I know but what the hell. In my view, its Embassy Number 1.

I think the brand you choose says a lot about where you live and your social grouping.

Marlboro Lights - London, trendy, media types

Embassy - Lorry drivers and single mums from Rotherham

Mayfair - Unemployed

Silk Cut / Richmond / Super Kings - elderly women who play bingo

Rollies - students and old men

Benson and Hedges - chavs, football thugs, Essex boys

Consolate - 13 year old girls

Cigars - wankers

Gauloises - pretencious, beret wearing, miserable wankers

Camel - young dudes with crappy hair cuts and t-shirts with slogans on them

Rothmans - ex-Royal Marine mercenaries

Though there will always be exceptions to the rule, these are the generalisations I have observed as a smoker.

Not a smoker myself, but I do enjoy the odd Hamlet Cigar on special occasions.

You forgot L&B

Gave up smoking the 4th of Jan. Was on roughly 30 a day.

Now I'm feeling a pretty smug c**t.

Cool

You guys should really stop smoking, it's very bad for your health and you can save lots of money.

:) :) :)

I used to be on 50 a day. Now I've managed to cut down to 10 a day. I wan't to give up soon.

That is good, I recommend 'NiQuitine' patchs, work really well.

How is that possible to fit in to a daily routine. I'm not a smoker, but I'd say it must be difficult to smoke 50.

Silk Cut used to be the smoke of choice in some yuppie circles.

L&B - Miserable unemployed Scots.

Death Cigarettes ("the honest cigarette") were pretty cool, though they tasted horrible. All other brands were pure evil.

Not at all, provided you live in a country where you can smoke in the workplace and in bars, as well as cafes, restaurants, malls, taxis and public transport.

I'm a rollie man. Tailors are too dry and shitty and not very good to make other cigarettes with, so I'm told. would love to give up but that would mean a lot more wanking and still my finger tips would go yellow.

Not Britain then.

Indeed. We're only allowed to fight and piss in the street.

Boredom chain smoking.

To avoid yellow fingers (and black stains on the front teeth), buy packs of plastic filters, which take out some of the tar. Might have to make your roll-ups a bit fatter to fit them in the filters.

Cheers for the tip. Will it help the other problem too?
