What is Biltong?

It's a jerky made in Southafrica made from dried meats of diferent animals (usually beef) and dipped in spices/chilli dust.

It's the word 'usually' that makes me a bit uneasy !

Well it's a bit more expensive if it's made from Kudu or Stompi McKetsi.
