I know you'll all be excited to know this but I have done an evaluation of all the New Who episodes and I can confirm that they come out in this order:
Series 1 (best)
Series 3
Series 2
Series 4
Specials (worst)
It is beyond argument that the series has been in decline and needs a new shot in the arm so I am looking forward to New New Who.
I am also using the phrase "beyond argiment" to mean "let's all have one".
The only ones that worked for me were
The Unquiet Dead
Dalek
Blink
I haven't seen them all, though.
