Doctor Who... Page 363

I hope Gallifrey and the Master get some slightly less shit treatment this time around.

N.B. looks Torchwood is still on the ice.

That would have been so f**king awesome.

Wouldn't it though? That would have been twisted beyond reason! But it turned out just to be the Daleks. Meh. Never mind.

The guy in the bar was the guy who saved them in the titanic Christmas special.

Nice one RTD, thanks for reminding all the Who fans about your finest hour with Kylie Minogue on the SS Craptanic.

Talk about unlucky, first he barely survives the destruction of his giant spaceship only to end up getting bummed by Barrowman behind the back of a gay space pub.

I never want to see a Dalek or Cyberman again.
Unfortunately there's a Dalek in the new trailer.

Grr.

He's loving it.

Still got a great idea for Torchwood, first ep. All the previous employees get a visit from people in black suits and are killed off.

Torchwood v2. Shadowy morally grey, to protexct the earth from outside interferance. Not the Pantomime Dame it was before.

That Rhino Space cop was especially gay.

Well he didn't get to go down on the Titanic

Keep up Gavin! They're all dead except Gwen who's pregnant which is good as dead.

And don't insult Judoon they're ace. I want to be a Judoon when I grow up.

Cpt Jack alive, Gwen alive and her hubby alive.
Plus Jacks daughter.

Three right there, that chick that helped them in the COE special as well.

I can't help thinking that some of that - particularly last week's - would have made a lot more sense if I'd seen the Master before. But still a pretty good 2-parter.

Underwhelming ending, mind.

Oh, and the Star Wars nod/rip-off was quite nice to see.

I thought that was pretty brilliant. Even the big, long, mawkish ending; a lovely tying up of that whole era of Who. Especially loved, when he thought he was Ok, the gentle tapping on the glass out of shot. Matt Smith put in a darn great little ending scene too, and the trailer for his series looked pretty exciting!

Yes, but they will be Moffat Daleks, which mean they'll be used well. :)

I'm worried Moffat might be about to piss all over the good will he created with Blink. The trailer shows the Weeping Angels will be back in the next series, and Unidentified Facepalm Woman is clearly connected in some way.

She's going to be the Doctor's mum, isn't she?

Yes, that actually was brilliant.
There were some great bits in the final two episodes.

Yes, that actually was brilliant.

It was?

Bit long & drawn out, especially the do-goody-goody bits near the end.

Time-Lords... Pah! Wimps! they more or less just stood around waiting to be sent back.

And a looooong drawn out transformation at the end..

I thought so, but then he done a significant look at Donna, so... maybe it's old Donna. :/

And he's got to hook up with thingy from ER and have a big love affair at some point. Did I see a flash of her in the trailer? I need to watch it again.

Maybe there's a scene in the next season where someone calls him "mother f**ker" and he looks all embarassed.
