Turkey is prepared, layered in bacon and sitting in the oven waiting for firing up at 11.00. Potatoes are peeled and parboiled. Parsnips are peeled. Just about ten brussels to peel and then I'm done.
Strange Christmas this year with two gastric bypasses in the house. Only really cooking for the child!!!
Child still in bed - so waiting for her to get up then we can wire up the Wi Fit!
