A few years ago, I got to my biggest ever weight of 11 and a half stones. The bullying was intense. At one point, my mother said to me "Ben, you look a bit fat in the face".

11 and a half!! you weight the same as one of my f**king legs slim Jim! :P

I hear you, brother. Many years ago I too had a fat face period. I still wake up in a cold sweat thinking about it.

The thing is, I'd noticed my 'fat jaw' a few weeks previously. My mother confirming it will haunt me for ever.

Hug :(

I've always had a fat baby face (a typical Scottish pudding face apparently) - even though I was always a skinny person who ate loads. It does make you look younger though.

a fat face period

What an unpleasant image you've just put into my head. Cheers for that.

I believe it's called being moon faced, and you don't seem very "Fat faced" to me...

And I'm the opposite, skinny face face but rather chunky everywhere else Laughing out loud

I thought you had quite a slender face...

I don't think anorexia is funny, or the fact that it can lead to infertility.

To be fair, the infertility associated with anorexia is reversible with weight gain. Just Nature's way of not lumbering the undernourished with the additional calorie burden of a growing foetus.

That's if the anorexia is cured, which isn't always the case. 'Nature's Way' is not always the best way of course. :)

Tim's right. My sister was anorexic, but now has a happy healthy baby, because she gained weight.

True, but in the case of clinically underweight, suspending menstruation makes perfect sense for the body - protecting both potential mother and potential child. :)

I'm at my mum's in Ireland, and she owns a pub so we have the place decorated.
we have the tree up, but there's only three presents under it for me. My mum's trying to convince me that's all i'm getting.

What about you? Have you got the shopping out of the way?

Yes thanks. All done last week. Now looking forward to just slouching in front of the TV for a few days, occasionally mustering up the effort to eat some more. :)

Ireland, eh? Sounds like fun.
