Can anyone think of any good songs from the 90s? I have a 'hits of the 90s' spotify playlist in the making but can't think of shit to put in it.

Are you mental?! There's plenty to choose from!

McAlmont and Butler 'Yes' is a great song, if you haven't heard it.

Everything Neutral Milk Hotel ever wrote. The entirety of Loveless by My Bloody Valentine, OK Computer by Radiohead. Most of the tracks off of Nevermind by Nirvana, Bonsai Superstar by Brainiac, (What's The Story) Morning Glory by Oasis and Illmatic by Nas.

Pleased

Divine comedy - Songs of love

Love the song!

Suede 'Metal Mickey', more 90's awesomeness.

:D No I know there are lots but I just couldn't think of any, was in a complete blank. I filled my 80s collection with ease but got stumped remembering stuff from the 90s.

How about the KLF? Anything by them?

And going on topic - sorry - "Closer to the heart" by Rush on Planet Rock.

Yes! Thanks, the KLF are awesome.

Broken Bells - The High Road (James Mercer's new project)

Pearl Jam's debut album 'Ten' is a classic. Anything from that. At the moment I'm listening to an unsigned Scottish band called 'The Balladeers', (found 'em on myspace) very Doors-y and a great Irish band called Ilya K.

Gambling bar room blues - Sensational Alex Harvey Band.

If you DON'T know them check them out. Sheer class!

I saw her standing there - by the Beatles

One of my karaoke favourites

Song 2 - Blur.
