More bloody snow.

Trapped in my house for ever.

How long will it take me to melt it all with a hairdryer?

Quote: Gavin @ December 19 2009, 10:27 PM GMT

Just get out the Big fella and tell the snow to behave. That'll sort it.

I'll try that.

There's a massive storm here in the US that is crippling the entire east coast. It completely missed us, which is sad, as my kids are suffering from a snow deficiency.

They can have my bloody lot with pleasure!

Will the RAF do a food drop to us do you think?

The three of us have.

six slices of bread. two eggs. half a jar of pasta sauce, no pasta. about 10 tuc biscuits, one slice of ham. one teabag (how could I let tea get so low), three mini milk lollies, some rice (which I can't eat), 2 leeks, and oh some peanut butter.

Two miles away from a main road. Tried to go out yesterday and almost put the car in a ditch. :(

I need rain to melt it all, but all I see is blue sky.

I went outside to see if I could drive, and I slipped with my first step, right outside the door. Not a promising start. Everything is melting and refreezing in a perplexing manner, and traffic reports are useless, because they don't bother telling us about the minor roads.

The weather this morning.

And just up the road at Holt station.

She gets the horn for Communist architecture.

It's 'thick' snow here, completely undisturbed everywhere. It looks gorgeous! It's glowing that much it's nearly light outside. I acted on a childish impulse and got wrapped up and went and built a little snowman in my garden :D Couldn't resist.

You should have provided us with photographic evidence. :(
