Short SundayS - Film Event - Hackney

If anyone is in London on Sunday afternoon looking for a place to go, you could perhaps consider: Short SundayS.

Shorts of all genres are shown. Afterwards, the audience is encouraged to meet and talk with the filmmakers - if they so wish. It's also a good place for filmmakers to network with others. It takes place every sunday 3 p.m. at the George and Dragon (2 Hackney Road E2 7NS). Entry is free but 6 weeks membership entitles you to DVDs of the films shown, a free drink, and a bag.

Details at: www.shortsundays.org

Amongst the films shown this sunday (20th December) is 'The Fflaps Investigate... Aliens' by the Slaggs. We can't get there, been to the Smoke too often the last few weeks, so please if any one goes can you tell me how long it takes before the audience set fire to the pub and demand the Slaggs be handed over for lynching.

Cheers SlagA

Can another mod move to whichever forum is appropriate please? :)

You going to be there?

If so I may choose to go there instead of my usual Sunday activities...

my usual Sunday activities...

Disposing of the knife and forensically cleaning the bathroom?

Sadly we can't get there for this week but will be trying to get up some time in the following weeks.
:)
Would be good to finally meet the Sootmeister.

The changing of the pants at Buckingham Palace. I'm a regular fixture on Korean tour groups.
