I am avoiding it until someone I know has good taste goes to see it and says it's good.

That's us out on the BCG!

I saw Moon on DVD recently, I thought that was very good. Though the twist was pretty obvious from early on. Good stuff though, and Matt Berry features! I like Sam Rockwell too, he's always good value. I think 'Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind', the Clooney directed flick he stars in, is a pretty underrated movie.

Does that one follow straight on from where 'Confessions Of A Driving Instructor' left off?

I think that the new harry potter is just...WOW.
That said I am a harry potter junkie Pleased

Alice In Wonderland full trailer.

He just wonders in here, and then buggers off again like some sort of wondering-in-buggering-off-guy!

Looks good though (the film that is).

:D

Hmm, Alice in Wonderland is one of my favouritest things ever, and from the trailer, I'm not really liking the film. But hopefully I might like it when I see the whole thing.

I somehow picture you as an 'Alice in Wwonderland' type girl. Wandering around talking to rabbits and cats. Then there's the short blue dress and hair band and... I'll stop now :)

Nuff said Ellie I'll drop you a text when I've seen it ;)

Anyone heard anything good about the Sherlock holmes movie? The Sun says it's brilliant then again The Sun thinks that about everything except the labour party.

The review I read in The Times suggests the lead performances are great, it looks good and Ritchie captures the spirit of Holmes, but the plot becomes a bit of a dog. Sounds like a good fun version of Holmes, as opposed to a serious re-interpretation.

You weren't expecting a serious re-interpretation from a Guy Ritchie movie, surely?! The film itself looks like it would be a fun watch.

I have been collecting everything to do with Alice in Wonderland since I was a kid. My nickname as a kid was Alice (yep, I used to wear a headband) and it started with a brilliant boardgame someone gave me, set around the Mad Hatter's tea party, where there's a real teapot in the middle of the board. :)

I have loads of versions of the books, a chess set, dolls, soap, plates, games, fridge magnets, etc.
