I know what you're not listening to. :)

At this precise moment, almost everything. :D

Eddie Cochran - Don't Forget Me

Now some Emmylou Harris, 'Boulder To Birmingham.' Lovely.

I just heard of this band called Ramona Falls:

Scott Walker - I'm in a Scott Walker mood, sort of feel elemental, and need a change from the normal. Few voices stir me more than his, maybe Elvis, V Morrison, Redding, Joplin but not many more. I often listen to him in December which is odd I suppose but he has a very Decembery dark night kind of voice and style, sort of Poe like.

I think I'm gonna do the same.
Scott Walker is a great singer.
I might have a listen to No Regrets in a mo.

Oye Como Va - Tito Puente.

I've been told I listen to music which is too depressing.

Does anyone have any recommendations for non-depressing music? I'm trying to avoid white-boy indie as that always leads to depression.

I have a Frank Sinatra CD at the moment.

The Go! Team, Animal Collective, Architecture in Helsinki, Art Brut, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Cut Copy, Dan Deacon, Delorean, Girl Talk...

I can go on. :P

Hmmm, The Go Team sound a good idea. I shall look into it, Elliot. Thanks.

Oye Como Va - Tito Puente.

Have you heard that by Santana? Listen to some early stuff of theirs. Definitely not depressing.

Oh - and I'm listening to a Rachel Sweet CD. She was going to be massive when she signed to Stiff and really should've been.

"I go to pieces" - the old Del Shannon song.
