It was a tough one bigfella. We don't have a sitcom tradition, and only a few on screen at the moment, both made by the same two guys.
There even was rumours they stole the idea for their sitcom "Klovn" from some British comedians called ? and Mortimar, I think. Maybe someone here knows who that can be?

"Klovn"

My Danish is poor, but I think I understand the action. The only thing I want to know is, was it a jellyfish?

Can only think of

Ask Mr. Pastry from the 1960s

and

Jutland Weekend Television from the 1970s.

Not Coping With Hagen - hilarious flatshare sitcom set in Copenhagen, Lars' idiot cousin Hagen the fisherman comes to the big city and cultures clash.

I Married a Mermaid - a Danish rip off of My Hero mixed with Splash. Bjorn just wants an easy life but there's something fishy about his new environmentally obssessed girlfriend Almeta.

Lee and Herring - Stewart Lee hates fish, but for some reason, he becomes the new manager at a herring tinning factory. Will his staff of wacky Danish stereotypes win him over?

Pigs In The City - the Danish equivalent of Sex in the City as four glamorous female pig farmers hit the town in their designer wellys, most want love except for Stina whose happy just making bacon.
