Hey everybody! Crazy week here in the US and A. We've got 6 kids here this weekend (we're giving the foster family they are staying with a respite weekend) but it has never been so quiet. They're all curled up on the couches watching Christmas cartoons. Evidently Matt's cousins' kids have never seen the animated Grinch cartoon or a Muppet Family Christmas. Tomorrow night is Muppet Christmas Carol night. Yippee!

Hi Andrea!
glad its all working out
Hi Andie.
Nice to see you back in town.
Thanks fellas. As nice as it is having a house full of kids and being busy, I do miss you all terribly.
I just don't want to give them back Sunday night. It's nice having them here. Hopefully they will be ours soon. I don't like sharing.

Is it at all like The Brady Brunch? If so, you have my sympathies.

We are about as far from the Brady Bunch as possible.
You must be like a zombie by now!
I do feel kind of crazy, but it isn't too bad, cuz we don't have them all the time yet. The paperwork, along with the questionable motives of "Aunt Vicki" have been a nuisance, but we'll get there eventually. It's amazing how quickly your life can change. One month ago I was packing things up in order to leave my husband and now we are preparing to be the parents of 6 kids. It all still amazes me.
Right now, I am being told to tell all of you that Connor, April, Sophie, Aynsley, Hayden and Jack all say "HI!!!!!"
Hi back to all of you (sorry if it takes a while to remember your names)!
Hiiiiiiiiii Connor, April, Sophie, Aynsley, Hayden and Jack
*gets breath back*

The Chuck Jones one? Cool - almost never shown in the UK. Hope the kids enjoyed it.
Hey Andie, I was just thinking I hadn't seen you for a while. Looks lke you're going to have a busy Christmas.
I'm happy knowing you're going to give those kids a good upbringing by subjecting them to some good ol' British humour (yeah, that's Humour with a 'U'
Yeah, how come it's not 'truble' or 'jelus'?
During dinner they wanted to watch something that we would typically watch. So, after much debate, we ended up watching the episode of Keeping Up Appearances where Hyacinth falls off the boat. We actually had milk come out of someone's nose. A resounding success!

Yes, a very big hit. The two little guys (Hayden and Jack) are driving everyone nuts with the music from it. Hayden does the singing, while Jack dances a funny little jig. We're considering taking them on the road.
Quote: Leevil @ December 11 2009, 4:25 PM GMTOut of curiosity, does it save the blue screen error in a .txt file anywhere? I've resorted to taking a photo of it before, which is no easy task when they flash for 1/8th of a second.
If you have a Printer connected you could try pressing the PrtScrn button.
On old text mode Operating systems like DOS that key printed the screen.
Blue Screens are Text Mode displays.
