If you were in the second series, David - the BBC could call it Carmon Miranda.

Laughing out loud

Carmon Miranda -

David Carmon and Miranda Hart team up for this poor man's version of Gimme, Gimme, Gimme. With special guest star Aaron Garnett as the mad, right wing neighbour.

Ahem. Whistling nnocently

Must have missed it :$

I'm assuming you meant me to play the role of Tom?

I'm not camp, into acting and I wouldn't be seen dead with someone in a bright ginger wig!

More bravo to RC then!

I think this is one of my favourite sitcoms of the year. The old fashionedness works a treat.

I'm surprised it gets broadcast before 9, due to the language, though.

It is not at all my cup of tea though I do think it is well written in the main. Miranda talking to the camera and the cheesy bit at the end are what really makes it stand out (even though it's already been done on Gary Schandling) but apart from that there are quite a lot of weak jokes which are made more irritating by the audience laughing so much.

The only thing I'm not so keen on is the Heather Small singing, it was funny the first time or two, but now is raaaather annoying. :)

I know it's not to everyone's taste, but there's no denying it's now a big hit. The critics love it, and it's doing so well for BBC Two I think a recommission is almost guaranteed now.

It's not big, it's not clever but it does at least guarantee some laugh out loud moments every week which is more than can be said for a lot of modern sitcoms

All hail Miranda! Long live the Queen!

Ditto.

I thought the whole hotel/holiday episode was great from start to finnish!
