No it's not him.

Make sure you have registered it with script safe or some other reputable registering company AND post it back to yourself with a signature on the edge of the fold on the envelope.

If it's nicked then you can at least ask to be paid and credited for the jokes and the chances for you to be paid and credited after you have done that are really very high if it is nicked.

But on rare occasions thievery does happen in real life and you sometimes are left with your ass kicked. There was a famous face on the MA course that I attend doing a lecture. He told us that he wrote a script that was nicked word for word, he tried to sue but the hollywood studios countered it with them suing him for slander and it led to him being forced out of the case. However he didn't mention if he registered the script or not, probably not.

It's the risk all writer's have to take to get anywhere, sending your stuff out to people. After all if you don't send it then it'll never be commissioned or made and it's a managers job to find scripts for an actor if he is a manager for one.
