:O A decade too late, imo.

A decade too late and about 2 tiers to high imo.

As for discipline, he was a bit of a knob at the start of his United career, but he has disciplined himself very well the last couple of seasons

That's because he's been winning things - three league titles and a European Cup. I'm still not convinced about his temperament; he's likely to snap at the World Cup - and get sent off (again!).

Ballack - The man who deems it necessary to molest the ref after being denied a penalty (that shouldve been given but still)

Bosingwa - Chelseas resident kung fu master.

Oh that reminds me - player I don't rate(compared to friends, sky sports and andy gray), Essien. Player I do rate, Ivanovic :)

I had something else to say but I looked out the window and forgot :/

Ballack is just a complete tosser and I hate him more than Drogba. As I've said time and time again, any decision a referee makes, Ballack sees the need to go over and give his side of the argument. Referees need to start to make an example of him.
That Ivanovic is good of what I've seen of him. You say you don't rate Essien, well I disagree with that, he is a world class footballer, no question about it and if I could have a Chelsea player at United, he'd be the man.

When I say I don't rate him, it's based on his performances against the top top players. whenever I think of Essien, I think of those 2 goals and then I think of him getting turned inside out by Ronaldo on numerous occasions and Messi.

Maybe I'm just being unfair since theres not really many who can stop them 2 so sorry Essien

As for Michael "the first german to miss a penalty" Ballack, otherwise known as Shevchenko 2, his days must be numbered. I remember he used to take free kicks and be a regular guy on the pitch, and now hes missing penaltys in the carling cup Eh?

Speaking of moaning Germans, at least Jens Lehmann was comically amusing in his ways, such as falling out with his neighbours in Stuttgart because of his loud helicopter, but Ballack isn't.

Essien is world class and I think they'll miss him more than anyone.

Still to be convinced about Ivanovic though.

He's never really been a regular for Chelsea. I think he's had more games this season.

When we were trying to work out the whole diamond thing, Ballack was the one holding things together, making some great passes and was finding time and space to get forward and score. However, he has a tendency to be absolutely rubbish when he comes back from injury, and he hasn't looked as good since October.

By the way, the first German to ever miss a penalty was Robert Huth, also playing for Chelsea, against Charlton - in the Carling Cup.

It was a jokeeee :)

who do you reckon will win - Arsenal or Liverpool?

It was a jokeeee :)

So was mine Laughing out loud

Germans might be good at penalties but I'm pretty confident Robert Huth wasn't the first ever German, ever, to fail from twelve yards. For example, I remember seeing a German missing a last minute penalty in Escape to Victory...

Arsenal or Liverpool? 0-0, with maybe a couple of red cards for both teams and a couple of Gerrard dives for Match of the Day to ignore again.

1-0 Arsenal.

I'm hoping on a draw but with Torres and Gerrard playing together and Fabregas and Arshavin on decent form, maybe 1-1 or 2-2. Maybe even 4-4..

I expect United to beat Villa 2 - 0 or 2 - 1

Wooooo 3-3 Chelsea
Utd have to take this advantage :l

With MU and Spurs losing, Chelsea and MC drawing, I see a chance for Arsenal to gain ground on the top 2, or Liverpool to gain ground on the top 6, or neither to gain ground because they'll draw.

What a total pile of f**king wank that was!!!!

Only 3 minutes added was a joke.

At least Chelsea drew, 3 points between them and us..

Like Fergie said, one point either way and we've got a chance.....

Villa gain ground on top 2. Well done Villa. Hurrah!

And 6 draws out of nine games! A great day for the poolsters. Check those coupons.
