Cheers, Gav.

Filming was spread over 2 days. The editing with adding sound and visual effects took a week. The rendering took 5x12 hour sessions to produce an AVI from all the separate scenes. Each time a website (or film screening bods) ask for slight changes it takes 2 days rendering. So I'm trying to avoid that situation.

Christ on a bike! You need a more efficient rendering mate. What editing Software you using?

Sony Vegas Movie 9.0

"Their angry...Let's dance and strip to appease them!" Laughing out loud

Cheers Lime, I know you can be a hard one to please at times. :)

So it's appreciated.

I do enjoy these! Incredibly fun and silly.

2 Days rendering!?! :O

I think these would work really well as fillers or runners.
And one of the guys looks a bit like Kevin Eldon.
Some good lines in there as well, I like the U F.O exchange.
I'll definitely give it a watch again, It had a lot going for it.

Nice one, you Slaggs!

It's good to see lots of different locations and to meet more characters. It was almost like a Welsh Craggy Island, which is great!

I think you still need practice with pacing longer pieces. Occasionally scenes would drag, but only very slightly. For example, the bit with the door bell and SlagB returning wasn't as sharply cut as it could be. (Maybe this is why sitcoms on TV have one room with lots of entrances/exits).

It's obviously an anarchic style and SlagB fits into that like a (boxing) glove and both performers have weird hair. Pleased

Overall, good stuff. I love the theme, actually, just before you posted the first sketch, I was writing something very similar. But you've executed it a lot better then what I had in mind.

Well done! 5*

Very funny and silly. I laughed out loud at these. Great stuff from the Brothers Slagg. Love your stuff too. Always top quality. ;)

Cheers, ShoePie. The rendering is ridiculous. I thought it was because it was HD but a 3 minute scene takes 9 hours to render into a single uncompressed HD AVI. Which doesn't seem right.

Thanks, Steve. This one was a bit patchy. Two basic plots: Jerry's confusion over the word Dogging. And the mysterious UFO conspiracy letters that resolve at the end.

We were talking with SlagP and I told him there's definitely a Eldon thing going on with him. He'd also be able to do a good Arnie in my mind.

Agreed, the doorbell example. There I went for a longer fade-out and fade-in to imply the passage of some time but yes, too long. Maybe a Starship Troopers style comic transition would've been better and faster?
