Robyn can't find any Ted Hughes to read online, so will just assume his poetry's as bad as his late wife's.

I don't like Plath. Sorry.

She was a bit annoying. Having to pretend your father was a Nazi in order to write a poem, smacks somewhat of desperation. ('Daddy' - with all that "Panzer man, panzer man!" bollocks.)
Ted Hughes' stuff is often very good. I wouldn't take the fact that it isn't freely distributed on the internet as an indicator of a lack of quality.
It just means I can't be bothered to scout it out, and so will have to assume for now.
I just impressed my son by correctly identifying the accents of his Call of Duty teammates. I then gave him a crash course in accents:
Manchester: sounds like the characters on Ideal.
Liverpool: sounds like the Beatles.
Newcastle: sounds like the guy on Alan Partridge.
Wales: sounds like Stacey.
Spent almost the entire day going around picking up items from Freecycle for my exponentially expanding family. I am now the proud owner of not one, but two sets of bunk beds. Tomorrow is larger car shopping day.
Ted Hughes is very different to Plath. I'm not keen on her poetry but love The Bell Jar. Hughes came from the same area as my great-grandmother and his poetry is like the landscape there; his nature poems are great.
Chip's in a different office today. It doesn't feel right.
