Now that's fighting talk! Lamb is fabulous as is mutton.
Mmm leg of lamb stuffed with garlic and rosemary, eye lamb chops, lamb shank kleftico.
No truly good people can disregard this bounteous meat. And sheep are way sexier than cows.

I like it, but it's just not very popular here. The average U.S. supermarket has hundreds (thousands?) of pounds of beef, pork, chicken, fish and turkey on its shelves, but it'll usually have 4 or 5 packages of lamb at most. The average American probably eats lamb less than once per year -- probably leg of lamb at a restaurant or a holiday meal.
And sheep are way sexier
I guess that's what happens when you spend too much time on an island ...

What cows do you have? I think Scottish Aberdean Angus is considered the best in the world. 
Lamb is equal only to beef in terms of the roasts. Though I'd say that pork has the slight edge when it comes to the chop. 
Tim that's treason pork is blandorama, but lamb is positively cheeky in it's juicy flavoursemoness/

I've always wanted to try lots of different seafood. Can't think of anything particularly weird though? Don't think I would've ate any mammal based seafood, weird ethics, indeed!
Don't get me wrong, Sooty, of all the meats lamb is the best. No question.
I've only had decent roast pork once at a Edwardian style supper rooms where they feed you about eight courses over the evening.
I hate the possibility of any bones, gristle or skank.
So I like chicken the best.
