Worst American sitcoms inflicted on the UK

Inspired by the thoroughly enjoyable thread posted by Jack Massey regarding the worst British sitcoms, I was curious to hear everyone's opinion on the worst American sitcoms shown on British TV.

Knowing the amount of crap we allow to be shown on television, please limit your responses to 10... :)

Anything with David Spade in it :D

I don't know about worst, but personally I can't stand Seinfield, Everyone Loves Raymond (except me), that one with that annoying girl who thinks she's a pop star, The Cosby Show and that one set in a DIY TV channel. I suppose these are all well rated sitcoms but the innate smugness of some of the actors/characters turns me off, and whatever humour they have seems to nosedive into the Atlantic because I just don't get most of it. I put The Cosby Show in because I thought it was basically a love in, very short of real laughs. I'm told that in order to understand some US shows, it helps to have lived there. ?

Just shoot yourself!

Just Shoot Me was ace.

Hmm Dharma and Greg, Silver Spoons, Family Ties, news reports of Sara Palin, that one where Will Smith becomes president and just looks stressed all the time.

Yes I forgot Dharma and Greg, couldn't watch more than 5 mins of that. At first I hated Will and Grace, but somehow I grew to like it after about 3 eps. Now I'll happily watch it.

Are you thinking of Home Improvement?

I used to love it as a kid, but it wore off after a while.

My worst one(s) would be

Scrubs
My Name Is Earl
Seinfeld (I just hated it)

Friends.
Will and Grace.
Malcolm in the Middle.

Those teen sitcoms like Saved By The Bell. There was a particularly dreadful one set in an international school.

Will and Grace, That one that had Bobby Ewing/the man from Atlantis married to a woman who looked like a porn star, Happy Days and loads more...

How I Met Your Mother.

Oh not Happy Days. I loved that when I was a kid.

I'd say all family comedies. Everybody's so honest and moral - it's so yukky. And all the teenage comedies. Why is everybody so dumbed down and neurotic?

Married With Children was a great antidote. As were The Simpsons.

Step By Step is the one you're thinking of I think. I was going to say that one as well. Yeah, it was dreadful.

*shudder* that was it. Horrible child actors, big hair and a moral for us all.

Malcolm in the Middle.

Loved that.

How I Met Your Mother.

I quite enjoy that in a "it's not great but it's ok and it's on" sort of a way.

I'll assume that most of this gumph made it to the UK:

1. Full House
2. Charles in Charge
3. Small Wonder
4. Everybody Loves Raymond
5. Webster
6. Family Ties
7. Silver Spoons
8. Saved By the Bell
9. Perfect Strangers
10. ALF
11. Harry and the Hendersons
12. Townies
13. Will & Grace
14. Dharma & Greg

10. ALF
